The contents of the mind are illusions. Infinite emptiness is reality.
Thoughts and emotions are like dreams to the infinite emptiness. The sensations of the body are one level deeper in consciousness from thoughts and emotions. Feel the sensations of the body right now.
Breath, yoga, mantra take us on a journey of consciousness through layers of illusion. Becoming still these illusions dissolve. Once dissolved, joy is felt through the soul from the connection of heaven and earth.
All this is held in the reality of infinite emptiness.
This is the true gift from the Guru.
