Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

For all levels - beginners welcome! Gentle yet challenging kriyas (complete set of postures) to open the nadis (energy channels of the body). Once opened, we relax to distribute the new energy flowing into our bodies. We finish with a meditation (sometimes silent, sometimes chanting) to awaken the jnana (knowledge) within. Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and have a mat to practice yoga on.

Mantra & Meditation

Gentle yet challenging kriyas plus we will share tools of Naad Yoga, a practice of vibrating divine sound within us and then projecting it outward. It originates effortlessly, deep within the quiet space in the center of every human being, called "Anahat" or the unstuck sound, and then finds it's way through our thoughts, our words, and our actions. This sacred sound cuts through the illusion of the world like the sword of a fierce warrior, and also heals us with its energy of pure love so that we may truly experience peace in our hearts.
